Wyrm Publishing was founded by Neil Clarke in 2007. A longtime fan and collector of the genre, Neil previously owned and operated Clarkesworld Books, an online speculative fiction bookstore. It was while running the bookstore that he started the award-winning* online publication, Clarkesworld Magazine, which now continues as part of Wyrm.
Outside of publishing, Neil has been working as a technology professional in schools and universities since the late 1980's. In addition to all this, he is a married father of two young boys that have a lot more energy than he does.
In its first year, Wyrm will focus on signed limited edition hardcovers by authors like Gene Wolfe, Charles Stross, and Tobias Buckell. Starting with the annual Clarkesworld Magazine anthology, Realms, Wyrm will begin to expand into trade paperbacks and hardcovers.
